Morning Meditations: Weekday and Saturday Mornings, 7.30am – 8.25am
Lunchtime Meditations: Weekday Lunchtimes, 1.15pm – 1.45pm
Drop-in and join us for meditation.
This event is both in-person and online

The evening usually consists of a short meditation, a Dharma talk, a tea-break, and then finishes with a Puja.
