Drop-in Meditations
These events are suitable for those who already have a regular meditation practice and want to continue to do so in a supportive environment with other meditators. There is no requirement to book in advance, just turn up.
Note that there is no instruction at these events, if you'd like to learn meditation try out one of our drop-in meditation classes or courses.
