This Vital Opportunity: The Bardo of Life
An Under-30 Seminar
Saturday 21st September 2024, 10am – 1pm
Led by Sadayasihi
A bardo is an in between place, where the familiar is taken away from us. It can feel threatening or frightening – or even exhilarating. Being in a Bardo is also an opportunity: to re-assess what is important to us and to put what’s most of value to us at the centre of our lives. According to the traditional Tibetan teaching of the Bardo Thodol, life itself is a bardo – an in between space between birth and death.
Join Sadayasihi as we explore the bardo of life and how we can make the most of our human lives.
