No Direction Home
Day Retreat with Osadha
Sunday 20th October 2024, 10am – 4.30pm
Led by Osadha
Many spiritual traditions speak of the goal of the spiritual life as a homecoming, a returning to what was once lost. Buddhism is no exception and uses the metaphor of the journey home to describe the path to Awakening. But where is home and how can we tell if we are heading in the right direction?
During this day we will be exploring what this means in our actual direct experience and see if we can get some sense of what this teaching is pointing to.
