Invest in your health and well-being with a day of balancing energies and reducing stress.
The day will include gentle yoga stretches and yoga nidra – a deep relaxation of the body and mind, stress management tips, simple acupressure points, head, neck and shoulder massage, meditation to calm the mind and open the heart, and effective goal setting strategies to help you keep your new years resolutions.
No experience of meditation or yoga is necessary.
