Invest in your health and well-being with a day of balancing energies and reducing stress.
As winter approaches spend a day relaxing and learning ways to embrace the season through a combination of yoga, meditation, and massage. A day to be in the present moment, to train with others in useful routines, to reboot your nervous system and reduce stress.
The day will consist of:

- Calming the mind
- loosening up the joints of the body
- stretching and relaxing muscles
- strengthening the digestive system
- Yogic breathing:
- lying down sequence with instructions in three phase breathing that opens the diaphragm, releases toxins, and relaxes the body
- Yoga nidra:
- A guided lying down relaxation that resets your nervous system and gives your brain a massage. Deeply relaxing the body and mind.
- Head Neck and Shoulder Massage
- There will be instruction in giving and receiving massage
- Meditation
- Two twenty minute meditation sessions
No experience of meditation or yoga is necessary.
