The Heart's Release
A Sub-30 Seminar
Saturday 11th May 2024, 10am – 1pm
Led by Sadayasihi
For some, the fact that Sangha, or spiritual community, is one of the Three Jewels of Buddhism is a bit of a mystery – surely if we have the Dharma, the teachings that point the way to liberation, that’s enough?
But the Buddha famously once said, friendship is the whole of the spiritual life – but what does this mean? What kind of friendship are we talking about?
Join Sadayasihi as we explore the Meghiya Sutta which outlines the importance of friendship and Sangha as a means of preventing us from tipping into individualism, and missing the point of the spiritual journey.
