An Under-30 Event

What is the nature of existence? In this practical seminar, we will explore the the lakshanas (characteristics) and vimokshas (liberations) of experience, with a view to deepening our understanding of reality.
All are welcome; no prior experience of Buddhism is required.
The session begins at 1pm and finishes at 3pm with a tea break in the middle.
The event is drop-in and free of charge, although donations are welcome.
