Alternative Friday Night:
Tales of Freedom
An Under-35 Event
Friday 20th February 2026, 7pm – 9pm
Alternative Friday Night is a relaxed, alcohol-free evening for under-35s who want a different way to spend their Friday night. Instead of drinking and partying, we come together for storytelling, music, and meaningful conversation in a warm, welcoming space.
If you’re aged 18–35 and looking to connect with others, share ideas, listen deeply, or express yourself creatively, this evening is for you. No experience with Buddhism is required — just an openness to conversation and connection.
Join us at the Dublin Buddhist Centre for an informal night of music, stories, and conversations that matter. Our February session will involve story-telling, drawing from Vessantara’s book Tales of Freedom.
Alternative Friday Night runs once a month on a Friday evening. Come as you are, bring a friend, or just drop in and see what unfolds.
