Guided Meditations

Here are the downloadable guided meditations to aid you in your meditation. All are led by Jnanadhara.

To download each file in mp3 to your computer, hover over the three dots to the right of each track, right-click and then choose:

  • ‘Save Link As…’ – Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
  • ‘Download Linked File As…’ – Safari
  • ‘Save file as…’ – Internet Explorer

To download each file in mp3 to your computer, tap on the three dots beside each track, and then save the mp3 that then opens to your device from within the browser window.

All files are in .mp3 format, which you can use on a variety of devices, including your smartphone, computer or tablet.

You can also download a zipped file with all five of these meditations.

Meditations with Just Bells

Each of the following tracks has three bells at the start and at the end, with single bells to mark seven stages in between.

You can use as appropriate, e.g. you might like to use the second track to do a Metta Bhavana, with 6 minutes set-up, five 6 minutes stages, and 6 minutes just sitting.

You can download a zipped file with all four of these meditations.
