Guided Meditations

Here are the downloadable guided meditations to aid you in your meditation.

To download each file to your computer, right click the file and choose:

  • ‘Save Link As…’ – Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
  • ‘Download Linked File As…’ – Safari
  • ‘Save file as…’ – Internet Explorer

All files are in .mp3 format, which you can use on a variety of devices, including your smartphone, computer or tablet.

Meditations with Just Bells

Each of the following tracks has three bells at the start and at the end, with single bells to mark seven stages in between.

You can use as appropriate, e.g. you might like to use the second track to do a Metta Bhavana, with 6 minutes set-up, five 6 minutes stages, and 6 minutes just sitting.

  1. Bells every 5 minutes
  2. Bells every 6 minutes
  3. Bells every 7 minutes
  4. Bells every 8 minutes
