Here are the downloadable guided meditations to aid you in your meditation. All are led by Jnanadhara.

The first three of these meditations are fully led, the last two have led introductions and then just bells for the stages.

Meditations with Just Bells

Each of the following tracks has three bells at the start and at the end, with single bells to mark seven stages in between.

You can use as appropriate, e.g. you might like to use the second track to do a Metta Bhavana, with 6 minutes set-up, five 6 minutes stages, and 6 minutes just sitting.
