Introduction to Meditation Day
Every two months we run a Saturday Introduction to Meditation Day.
Between 10am and 4.30pm, Jnanadhara introduces the concepts of mindfulness and loving kindness meditation, with emphasis on practical elements like how to sit, and how to include a meditation practice into daily life. We also have a shared lunch.
No experience necessary. This is the perfect intro to anyone considering our five-week courses.

Yoga and Meditation Day
Every two months our resident yoga teacher Pavara runs a one-day Yoga and Meditation Day, 10am – 5pm.
No experience is necessary. Past participants rate our “friendly atmosphere”, and report feeling relaxed, energised and quite bendy by 5pm! We also have a shared lunch.
Mindfulness and Loving Kindness Five Week Course
This is our key Introduction to Meditation Course.
Over five evenings, one of our five teachers (with almost a century of meditation experience between them) give an accessible and practical guide on how (and why!) to meditate.

Yoga Five Week Course
Our Iyengar and Hatha Flow yoga classes are a highly effective tool to help calm the body and mind, as well as alleviate stress, leaving you more relaxed, energised and calm.

New Year Tonic Day

No experience of meditation or yoga is necessary. Led by Mairead Keane, yoga / stress management consultant.
The day runs on Sunday 19th January 2020, 10am – 5pm.
