Yoga is a form of physical exercise that will have positive effects on your body and mind. It is a highly effective tool to help calm the body and mind, as well as alleviate stress, leaving you more relaxed, energised and calm.

Yoga gives energy, which enables us to lead life fully and with enjoyment, and works on lots of different levels of our being.

Buddhist meditation techniques offer a way of encouraging and developing positive states of mind, such as calmness, clarity, emotional positivity and a deeper seeing of the true nature of things.

A Day Workshop

This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga, as well as for those interested in meditation.

The day will be an opportunity to reconnect with your meditation or yoga practice if it has slipped, or serve as a great way to try out these practices if you haven’t done them before.

Booking Information

While all of our events are offered on a donation basis, to attend our courses in-person we ask for a non-refundable deposit of €40 to secure a place as space is limited.

You might consider making a donation to help us to continue to provide classes in this way.

We suggest a €100 total donation for this workshop, but you can give as much or as little as you want.
