Exploring the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path
The Noble Eightfold Path is the most widely known of the Buddha’s teachings.
It is ancient, extending back to the Buddha’s very first discourse, and is highly valued as a unique treasure of wisdom and practical guidance on how to live our lives.
This couse will be a lively and systematic introduction to the Eightfold Path; how the path starts with Vision, a moment of insight, followed by the Transformation of our whole being in the light of that truth – transformation of thoughts, emotions, imagination, speech, right livelihood and effort in meditation.
Suitable for: Anyone who is interested in learning more about Buddhism and the Buddha’s central teachings.
Cost: €125 waged / €105 low-waged / €75 unwaged or student. Runs for six weeks.
