An In-Person Event

A Five Week Course

We, as parents and guardians want the best for our children. We also want the best for ourselves, or at the very least, to be happy.

How can we effectively respond to the needs of our children and ourselves while living by Buddhist principles?

Asking these questions can move us out of parenting in autopilot mode and moving towards conscious parenting, we are bringing awareness to our experience as parents and guardians.

In short, we are becoming more mindful.

Developing mindfulness can help us become happier and more relaxed in daily life, as well as being a powerfully postive example for our children.

But not only this, we can also begin to experience parenting as being part of the path towards Enlightenment, rather than an obstacle to it.

Join Atulyamitra, on this five-week course exploring Mindful Parenting and how it can benefit us and our children. The course commences on Saturday 13th February 2021, 10.30am – 12.30pm.

It is suitable for anyone in the role of parenting who is interested in mindfulness and open to Buddhism.

All our online events are offered for free but you might consider making a donation to help us to continue to provide classes.
