It helps us change the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. On this course we teach two meditation techniques\, which consist of simple but effective practices drawn from the Buddhist tradition and were originally taught by the Buddha himself. They complement each other and can be learned by anyone\, and you don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit from them! He was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2011. He is a regular teacher in the Centre and also organises many of our retreats 								\n				\n				\n				\n																\n															\n															\n				\n				\n				\n									Sadayasihi								\n				\n				\n				\n									Sadayasihi learned to meditate in 2007 in the Dublin Buddhist Centre while she was training to be a solicitor\, having had an interest in Buddhism since she was a teenager. She was ordained in 2016 and is current chair of the charity that runs the DBC\, as well as leading a study group and teaching classes. 								\n				\n					\n				\n				\n		\n				\n				\n									Suitable for: Anyone interested in learning how to practice Buddhist Meditation. No experience of meditation is necessary.
