Meditation is about becoming aware of ourselves in our everyday lives. We can learn to become more mindful and more attuned to our thought process and how we go about our day to day interactions.

It can be a useful practice to learn more about our thoughts and feelings and come to understand them.

These drop-in classes provide the opportunity to learn how to meditate, how we can grow as individuals and interact better with the world around us.

All our classes are offered for free but you might consider making a donation to help us to continue to provide classes.
