DESCRIPTION:Sunday 13th July 2025\, 10am – 5pm 								\n				\n				\n				\n									Led by the DBC Team 								\n				\n		\n				\n				\n									“Where neither water nor yet earthNor fire nor air gain a foothold\,There gleam no stars\, no sun sheds light\,There shines no moon\, yet there no darkness reigns. When a sage\, a brahman\, has come to know thisFor himself through his own wisdom\,Then he is freed from form and formless.Freed from pleasure and from pain.” Join us for this festival day as we celebrate the Dharma\, the teaching of the Buddha. On or near the full moon in July every year we recollect and honour the Dharma. This is a joyous time for Buddhists worldwide as we remember that all our practices stem from the momentous moment that the Buddha’s experience of Enlightenment was communicated and understood by one of his followers. This happened in India over 2\,500 years ago\, however the Dharma continued to be expressed and understood again and again throughout history. This year Jnanadhara will guide us through a day of talks\, meditation\, ritual and connecting as Sangha on the theme of the Bahiya Sutta. We look forward to seeing you there!
