Breakfast Seminar – The Meaning of Meaning – with Maitreyabandhu, for Sub 25s

What’s the point? What makes life meaningful and worthwhile? How can Buddhism, meditation and mindfulness help?

Join Maitreyabandhu for coffee, croissants and a chance to focus on the vital issues of life.

Maitreyabandhu was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order 29 years ago. He is the author of three books on Buddhism, and is also a successful poet with three published books of poetry to his name.

He lives and works at the London Buddhist Centre and is visiting Dublin to launch his newest book of poetry After Cezanne.

The seminar is for anyone 25 years of age or younger who are interested in Buddhism, Meditation or Mindfulness.

It takes place on Saturday 30th November at the Dublin Buddhist Centre and will start at 10am, but do come along at 9.30am to enjoy a hot beverage and a pastry (donations towards cost of pastries welcome!)

This event will be on a donation basis (suggested donation €7). All levels of experience welcome
