Opening to Nature, Deepening into Metta – Weekend Retreat

Friday 23rd August 2019 - Sunday 25th August 2019

Led by Prajnagita & Joanna Goldsmid

An In-Person Event

We are delighted to be collaborating with Joanna Goldsmid again this year for our annual ‘nature’ retreat.

Over this weekend we will be focusing particularly on how an immersive experience in nature can help us deepen into a loving connection with ourselves, with others and with the world around us. In essence we will explore how opening to the fullness and beauty of our natural environment can help us deepen into Metta and vice versa.

As it is the fourth of its kind, ‘faithful followers’ can expect a deepening Dharmic enquiry and dialogue, as well as it being an exciting initiation for newcomers.

This will all take place in the beautiful surroundings of Mucklagh, Co, Wicklow.
The retreats is suitable if you’ve done a meditation course with us.

Please note: This retreat involves spending a lot of time out of doors. In order to participate you will need to be able to walk unaided at a slow pace for half an hour or so on uneven ground.

See Joanna Goldsmid’s webpage for more details on the kinds of workshops she will be running on this retreat.

Contact the centre or email us to book on.

Cost: €220 waged / €180 low-waged / €130 unwaged, student or OAP.
