7.30pm – 9.15pm

Update: Due to the DBC being closed in the Covid-19 outbreak, we are now running these nights online.

Join via Zoom (password if required is wednights) a few minutes before 7.30pm.

The evening will comprise lead meditation, a presentation on some aspect of meditation and Buddhism, and then discussion on that the theme of the talk.

In it we’ll be exploring ways of engaging with the issues that arise in our lives with help from the Buddhist tradition, and using meditation as a vital tool for this.

On a donation basis. No need to book, just drop in if you know how to meditate.
