A great introduction to both practices.

An opportunity for people aged 35 and under to come together to discuss and practice the Dharma.
Facilitated by Sadayasihi, Kevin and Kasey.

Saturday 26th August 2017
A day retreat introducing mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation practices.
Led by Jnanadhara.
10am - 4.30pm.
Thursday 7th September 2017
In this six-week course we'll be exploring how to live ethically in this world.
Led by Vajrashura.
7.30pm - 10pm for six weeks.
